Booking and quotes
Quotes provided by phone, email, or through our website forms are estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing is confirmed in writing once we have full details of your move, including access conditions, volume, and any special handling required.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, so we can offer that slot to another customer and keep our service reliable for everyone.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurately describing the items to be moved, disclosing any items requiring special handling (such as fragile, valuable, or hazardous items), and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the destination.
Insurance and liability
Optional insurance coverage is available for your move; ask our team for details before booking. Where insurance has not been purchased, our liability is limited in line with standard industry practice for moving services in the UAE.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed and confirmed in writing before your move begins, as part of your written quotation. We do not add hidden fees beyond what has been agreed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
